It's been about a year since Rockstar Games released State of Emergency, its violent, run-n'-gun beat-'em-up PS2 title. Gamers had mixed emotions about the game in the wake of its release, but one thing is for sure: There were a whole lot of used copies of SoE to be found on store shelves just days after the game came out, which is never a good sign. So now the big question is whether or not the game's been improved upon during the past year.
